Exchanges & Returns Policy

We offer a 30‑day return and exchange policy, with free return shipping. You have 30 days from the moment you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

To start the process, log in to your account on our website or use this link:
https://account.harbor-company.com/orders.
Submit your request there and our team will review it. If it’s approved, we’ll email you a return shipping label. Just attach it to the package and drop it off at the delivery point that’s most convenient for you.

To be eligible for a return, items must be new, unused, with all original tags, and in their original packaging.
Please note that returns sent without a prior request won’t be accepted.

Damages and Issues

When your order arrives, please check it and contact us right away if it’s damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll review the situation and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Gift cards cannot be returned.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and review your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved.
Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
