Shipping policy
At HARBOR COMPANY® we aim to ship every order safely and quickly. Below you find where we ship, how much it costs and how long it takes.

- Portugal (mainland)
- Azores and Madeira
- Europe: Spain, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland and Czech Republic
2. Shipping costs and free shipping

3. Processing and delivery times
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day. Processing time is added to the delivery estimates below:
- Portugal (mainland): 2–3 working days
- Azores and Madeira: 5–9 working days
- Spain: 4–6 working days
- Europe (listed countries): 5–9 working days
Delivery times may vary due to weather, customs or carrier constraints.
4. Carrier
All orders are shipped through Batch.
5. Order tracking
Right after checkout you receive a confirmation email with your order number. Once your order has been processed, you receive a second email with the tracking number so you can follow your shipment at any time. If the confirmation email does not arrive within 24 hours, check your spam folder and, if it is still missing, contact us.
