Do you ship internationally?

Yes!

We ship to Portugal and several European countries (Spain, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, France, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland and Czech Republic).

We offer free shipping in Portugal on orders over 80€, and free shipping to selected European countries on orders over 200€.

Shipping & Delivery

Please allow 1–2 working days for order processing. This time is added to the delivery estimates below:

- Portugal (Mainland): 2–3 working days

- Azores & Madeira: 5–9 working days

- Spain: 4–6 working days

- Europe (listed countries): 5–9 working days

How can I confirm that I have placed my order correctly?

Thank you for choosing Harbor! Right after completing your purchase, you’ll receive a confirmation email with:

- Your order number (formatted as a hashtag followed by 5 digits - for example: #99999)

- A summary of your order

If you don’t receive this email within 24 hours, it’s likely that there was an issue with the email address entered at checkout. Make sure to also check your Spam or Junk folder - sometimes the confirmation email can end up there.

If you still can’t find it, feel free to contact us at info@harbor-company.com and we’ll help you locate your order.

Once your order has been processed, you’ll get a second email with your tracking number, so you can follow your shipment at any time.

How long does it take to process my order?

Available items are shipped within 1–2 working days after your order is confirmed, except for orders placed during weekends or local holidays. In those cases, your order will be processed on the next working day.

Your order is always a priority for us. As soon as your payment is validated, the Harbor team starts preparing everything so you can receive your items as quickly as possible.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination, but you can generally expect 2–3 working days for Portugal (Mainland).

What payments methods are accepted? 

International customers can pay using PayPal, Apple Pay, and credit or debit card.

Portuguese customers can use all the above, plus Multibanco and MB Way.

How do I know which size will fit me best?

Our shirts have a fluid, regular cut designed to give you both comfort and style. We recommend choosing the size you normally wear.

Returns & Refunds

Can I exchange my product(s)?

Yes! We offer free exchanges within 30 days from the moment you receive your order.

How can I return items from my order?

To start an exchange, just log in to your account on our website or use the link below: https://account.harbor-company.com/orders

Submit your exchange request there. Our team will review it, and once it’s approved, we’ll email you a prepaid return shipping label. Attach the label to your package and drop it off at the delivery point that’s most convenient for you.

To be eligible for an exchange, items must be new, unused, with all original tags and in their original packaging.

Please note: exchanges or returns sent without submitting a request first won’t be accepted.

Will items marked Sold Out be replaced?

Items marked as Sold Out won’t be restocked. However, if a customer returns an item, it may become available again on the website - so feel free to check back from time to time.

What should I do if I have received an incorrect product?

If your order arrived with the wrong item, we’re really sorry for the mistake. Please contact us at info@harbor-company.com and our team will help you sort it out right away.

What are the care and washing instructions?

To help your Harbor pieces last longer, please follow these simple care tips:

- Wash similar colors, textures, and materials separately

- Take extra care with white, light-colored, embroidered or textured garments

- Hand-wash in cold water and avoid soaking or leaving the garment damp.

- Dry in the shade and in a well-ventilated area.

- Iron inside out at low temperature.

Linen pieces: this natural fiber absorbs well and may shrink or wrinkle easily, so we recommend hand-washing and handling gently.
